Confirm your booking
Thank you for choosing Els Pirates del Cap de Creus for your adventure! To formalize your booking and secure your spot, we require a down payment. This deposit allows us to confirm your participation and guarantee the availability of the boat and the necessary equipment for your experience.
The season is very short and in high demand, and all the organization involves a lot of work, so we cannot afford the luxury of losing bookings in this way.
Important aspects to consider:
- The down payment corresponds to a percentage of the total cost of the tour for private tours and the exact amount for shared tours.
- Your booking will be considered firm once we have received the down payment. Until then, the selected date and time might be available to other customers.
- The remaining amount for the tour will be paid on the day of the activity, and must be paid in cash to the skipper who accompanied you during the tour, on the same day after the tour is over.
- In case of cancellation by Els Pirates del Cap de Creus (due to adverse weather conditions that prevent a safe departure, boat breakdown, or other force majeure reasons), the down payment will be fully refunded, or you can change the date of the tour, according to your preference.
- For cancellations by the customer, we only accept a change of day; we do not refund the booking.
